Offshore Delivery
Offshore delivery model is ideal for projects that have a detailed project plan. It requires clearly specified requirements to completely develop a project offshore, which dramatically lowers the development cost. However, Globetech takes into account the ever-changing business environment and realizes that having clearly stated requirements is often not possible. We also acknowledge the fact that requirements consolidated at the beginning of a project may evolve during development. This understanding allows us to accommodate reasonable change requests while following this model.

Onsite Delivery
Globetech suggests onsite development for projects that are repetitive or open-ended in nature and require closer coordination with customers. Such projects usually require more interaction, which makes onsite development the best-suited delivery model. On receiving such as project, Globetech identifies a team of professionals with the required skills and sends it to customer location for entire or part duration of the project.

Hybrid Delivery
As the name suggests, hybrid delivery is a combination of offshore and onsite delivery models with some phases of the project being completed at customer location and other phases being worked on in our offshore premises. This model suits most customers, especially because phases requiring more customer interaction such as requirement specifications and user acceptance are completed at customer site and other phases such as software development, testing, reference material creation along with support is carried out from offshore location.

Hybrid delivery optimizes resources to the maximum with almost round-the-clock project development. With further lowering of outsourcing costs, this model also offers an opportunity to quickly take care of the customer's dynamic needs.
